Sakagura (Breweries) MAP #1
Ryosuke Kuga
HI there, I found the Sake Brewery Map on Japanese IRS website. This tells -Where the sake breweries are located in each area. -Whether the sake breweries sell sake onsite or not. -Whether the breweries accept tours or not (you need to check directly with the brewery to be sure). -Whether the breweries support English or not. I really like the sake brewery tours in Fukushima Prefecture. It's easy to get to because it's close to Tokyo by bullet train, and many of the breweries are close to the station and relatively adjacent to each other. Niida honke , Suehiro, Miyaizumi, Trusunoe etc... are the ones I went at once. #sake #日本酒 #nihonshu #brewery #brewerytour

A well-balanced type with freshness, richness, and a good sharpness. This junmai sake has a fruity aroma on the palate and a well-balanced flavor of rice that spreads in the mouth with a clean and crisp aftertaste. It is recommended to be served cold, and is a perfect food sake that goes well with all kinds of food.

This sake offers a rich, creamy texture with a generous umami essence and perfectly balanced acidity, making it incredibly easy to enjoy. It's a delightful, mouth-filling sake that is exceptionally smooth and well-rounded, featuring a subtle sweetness reminiscent of tangy citrus and sweet rice. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of foods and is best served warm, ideally in a flat ceramic vessel if available. Recommended Pairings: Grilled dishes, salty fare, and creamy pasta dishes.
