Founded in 1893, our sake brings out the rich flavors of rice, combining a fragrant aroma with the essence of rice. Since our establishment, we have continuously strived to improve quality and refine our brewing techniques. With two wells providing pure spring water from Mount Daisen and using high-quality rice, we produce smooth and flavorful sake.
