Founded in 1855, our brewery is located in a corner of the castle town that still retains the atmosphere of the Edo period. It is known as the childhood home of the late writer Yayeko Nogami. The brewery features sturdy, traditional sea cucumber walls and a heavy, old-fashioned storefront, preserving the historical appearance from that time.
