We are particular about our rice, yeast, and production techniques, with a special focus on water, which is the foundation of sake brewing. With skilled craftsmanship, we remain true to the basics of sake-making, and in recent years, we have been dedicated to offering high-value, rare products such as pure rice ginjo made using the yamahai method and unfiltered sake made with the traditional bag-pressing technique.
