Since our founding in 1897, we have inherited the spirit and craftsmanship of our founder. Although we produce in small quantities, we focus on meticulous sake brewing that retains the traditional handcrafting methods. Using local sake rice and water, we continue to preserve the rich flavor and depth that comes from hand-steaming rice in wooden 'koshiki' steamers.
