The brewery, located in Shimizu Town, a region known for its pristine underground water, was originally founded before the Edo period and has been carried on since 1877. Today, in addition to producing sake, the brewery also manufactures and sells mirin, shochu, liqueurs, and spirits. Their liqueurs, particularly plum wine, have received numerous awards in both domestic and international competitions, earning high acclaim for their quality.
