Founded in 1797, Kishu Bijin was born in a small town and a small sake brewery. The brewery has consistently adhered to handmade brewing, carefully nurturing each and every bottle. They offer a range of products, including Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, and Honjozo.
