Yoshitake Shuzojo was founded in the late Edo period (around 1860) when the Yoshitake family, originally landowners, began brewing sake using their own rice. In 1887, the brewery was incorporated and has since been dedicated to preserving the charm and rich flavors of local sake, earning the lasting affection of its customers.
