Our brewery, with 130 years of history, is located in Yasugi City, in eastern Shimane Prefecture, famous for Yasugibushi folk songs. Loved by locals with the phrase "Daisen for mountains, Kinpo for sake," we have dedicated ourselves to sake brewing for generations. Believing that umami is the essence of Japanese sake, we craft rich, full-bodied sake with a smooth and satisfying finish.
