Kankyo Brewery began brewing hon-mirin (sweet rice seasoning) in 1862 and expanded into sake production in 1954. Over the years, the wisdom and experience of their predecessors have been carefully passed down through generations.
In addition to their flagship products—hon-mirin and sake—they also produce a variety of fermented foods such as amazake (sweet sake), sake lees, and Saikyo-yaki marinades. They also offer menu suggestions that pair well with these products.
