Founded in 1883 in Iwadeyama, a region blessed with excellent brewing water, our historic Morimizu brewery remains in use to this day. Committed to traditional handcrafted methods, we continue to produce rich and flavorful junmai sake. Our lineup includes freshly brewed new sake as well as aged koshu, offering a variety of unique tastes to enjoy.
