FujiMasamune Brewery Company
Shizuoka
Fujimasa Brewery was established in 1866 in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. In 2012, the brewery relocated to Asagiri Kogen, situated at an elevation of 900 meters at the western foot of Mount Fuji. This area is renowned for its pristine air and clear water, creating an ideal environment for sake production. The move to this location was a longstanding aspiration of the owners since the seventh generation.
They produce sake that they themselves love to enjoy, using the spring water from Mount Fuji and carefully selected rice.Junmai-daiginjo and other sakes are crafted by young, passionate brewers following traditional procedures, resulting in beverages with rich aroma and mellow texture.
