Kobayashi Shuzo Honten Brewery Company
Fukuoka
Since its founding in 1792 by Sakugorō Kobayashi I, our brewery has been dedicated to crafting high-quality sake for eight generations. Though small in scale, we uphold traditional brewing techniques, carefully handcrafting each batch with precision and passion. We use premium sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki and Yume Ikon, both cultivated in Fukuoka Prefecture, and brew our sake with pure water from the Sangun mountain range. With a deep connection to our local roots, we strive to create sake with a distinct character. We invite you to enjoy the unique craftsmanship and rich heritage in every sip.
