aged 7-8 years until I opened. I have been drinking Yorokobi Gaijin series many times but whenever I drink a sake from this brewery, I feel it is the first time I drink it. Experiences I get from this series are so amazing and eye opening. This shizuku sake murokanama is the best junmai daiginjo I have ever tasted. While it is 40% polish rate, its texture is super complex. when I warm it up, the complexity become little bit mild.
