Gentle but definitively honeydew melon on both the nose and tongue. Slight acid and med sweetness. Quite enjoyable.

4.8Had only slightly chilled. Was a fragrant green apple and honeydew on the nose. Rather sweet and smooth with a decent rice and acid finish. Absolutely enjoyed, headed back to get another bottle.

3.9Had chilled. Had a mild, faint aroma of rice and flowers. A straightforward sake that is sweet and creamy on the tongue mild aftertaste. Sweetness was enjoyable, but lacked complexity.
