flavors come alive when heated above 40 °C. a mug, very warm to the touch gives rise to a slightly sweet viscous sake reminiscent of polished rice. rice flavor definitely comes out but is mellowed out with an almost buttery nutty sweet taste that balances the alcohol. alcohol % is on the lower side for a sake (12.5%) so gives a warm buzz in the chest instead of in the chest and all the way to the ears. definitely a good warm sake

3.6let down of a dry, fruity sake. warming it up for 30s solves the flavor issue and makes it a lot smoother
