great sake! Heard about it on sake deep dive and had to give it a try. The mouthfeel is a little more viscous than water, and the aromatics are not as strong as some other daiginjos. The tasting notes are very pleasant and balanced: powdered sugar, white grape, and Fuji apple are the ones that stood out to me.
