Tasting Notes After 4+ Weeks of Opening: The ginjo aroma is still present, but overall, the fragrance is quite mild. The flavor has also mellowed out and become more subtle. Compared to when it was first opened, the alcohol presence has increased, making it feel slightly less satisfying. Even after drinking, a lingering alcohol sensation remains in the back of the nose for a while.
