Founded during the Edo period, this sake brewery relocated to Obuse in the early Meiji era, and its history spans over 200 years. The brewery, with its distinctive orange-brick chimney, is home to a master brewer who skillfully and delicately creates Japanese sake. The unique and exceptional taste of the sake is crafted using rice steamed in large traditional Japanese kettles.
