Our brewery is located at the entrance of Yasuda Town in the eastern part of Kochi Prefecture. To the south, we overlook the Pacific Ocean, while turning north reveals a range of mountains. The clear waters of the Yasuda River traverse the town from north to south, and the rice fields extending up the mountains are bathed in sunlight and crisp air. This nature is our treasure. In a town long known for its sake brewing, we have always used the pristine waters of the Yasuda River as our brewing water. This gentle water, rich in minerals, is the lifeblood of our sake from the south. In harmony with the abundant nature of Yasuda Town, our brewers have worked hand in hand to create a unique sake.
