Founded in 2016, this is a unique brewery that oversees the entire sake production process, from cultivation to brewing. As JGAP-certified rice farmers since 2019, we are also dedicated to crafting the finest rice shochu. By combining Fukushima Prefecture’s renowned sake brewing techniques with advanced distillation methods, we create truly one-of-a-kind shochu. The aroma, achieved using yeast developed in Fukushima, resembles that of Daiginjo and is unmatched by any other region.
