With a floral aroma, rich umami, and a light, clean finish, this Daiginjo is elevated by the addition of our in-house crafted brewing alcohol (shochu), enhancing its fragrance. Using the fukuro-shibori method, where sake is pressed slowly and naturally through gravity alone, only the finest essence of the sake is extracted. Best enjoyed well-chilled in a wine glass for an elevated experience. Thanks to patented production techniques, this sake can be stored at room temperature without compromising quality, making it easy for anyone to enjoy at their convenience.

As JGAP-certified rice farmers since 2019, we are also dedicated to crafting the finest rice shochu. By combining Fukushima Prefecture’s renowned sake brewing techniques with advanced distillation methods, we create truly one-of-a-kind shochu. The aroma, achieved using yeast developed in Fukushima, resembles that of Daiginjo and is unmatched by any other region.
