one of my favorite sakes of all time! I can drink it daily. it’s sweet yet mellow, sharp yet smooth, simple but not one note.

despite the higher ABV content, this sake is surprisingly easy to drink. it’s fresh, clean, perfect for a summer night. notes of cucumber and lime. I like to drink it on ice, which helps dilute it a bit more.

Overall, this is a smooth sake that goes well with a lot of dishes. It’s got a spicy rice forward nose, with an umami-driven taste! It’s a subtle kimono with a good bit of effervescence to it! Not a showstopper but very pleasant.
