5despite the higher ABV content, this sake is surprisingly easy to drink. it’s fresh, clean, perfect for a summer night. notes of cucumber and lime. I like to drink it on ice, which helps dilute it a bit more.

4.2Overall, this is a smooth sake that goes well with a lot of dishes. It’s got a spicy rice forward nose, with an umami-driven taste! It’s a subtle kimono with a good bit of effervescence to it! Not a showstopper but very pleasant.
