Founded in 1719, the brewery is located in Hirosaki, Aomori, at the foot of Mount Iwaki, a symbol of the Tsugaru region. Here, we craft sake in harmony with the changing seasons. In 2023, the brewery relocated and launched a new brand, "Torai", embracing a three-season brewing system. With a focus on quality, we are taking on the challenge of a new era of sake-making.
