Rokka Brewery, a brewery in Aomori with over 300 years of history, has shifted from large-scale production to a focus on small-batch, high-quality sake centered on Junmai styles. Out of this new direction was born the “Torai” brand, which has already gained recognition and is now one of the most talked-about names in Japanese sake. This Tokubetsu Junmai is brewed using 100% locally grown Hanahubuki rice from Aomori. It offers a refined ginjo aroma and a smooth, gentle flavor, making it a perfect companion to food.
