Founded in 1930, the brewery was incorporated as Miura Shuzo Co., Ltd. in 2007. This family-run, small-scale brewery produces 500 koku (about 90,000 liters) annually. Using pure spring water from the Iwaki and Akakura mountain ranges and carefully selected sake rice grown through contract farming, they focus on small-batch production with meticulous craftsmanship, where the passion of the brewers truly shines through.
