One of the purest expressions of Omachi rice out there without distraction from fragrant yeasts or other brewing techniques. This sake has a suppleness that makes it texturally exciting. The aromas are subtle, but include milk, white mushroom and soft caramel. This is not a sweet sake, so the sweet-like aromas only add to this sake's bouncy and interesting personality. Great with Wagyu skewers and grilled chicken thighs.
