Founded in 1689, this historic brewery is located along the old Nakasendo road. Using the pristine underground water from the Tateshina Mountain range, the Osawa brothers lead the brewery with continuous efforts to improve the quality of their sake each year. The sake’s elegant character, typical of Nagano, is popular among both men and women.
