Ryosuke Kuga
4.7-Sake from this brewery is usually more flavorful when consumed after some time has passed since its production-The brewery uses many varieties of sake rice, each with a different flavor. I store Yorokobi Gaijin in my warehouse for home aging-Usually best to drink it at room temperature or warmed up to get the full flavor-This sake is so rich and concentrated in flavor and deliciousness that you would think it was a dish in itself
