Since its founding in 1872, we've been crafting high-quality sake in small batches, harnessing the essence of Shonan's coastal climate. As of 2016, we remain the sole brewery in Shonan. In addition to sake, we've been brewing "Shonan Beer" as craft beer since 1996. Our motto is "Drunkards enrich Japan."
