The alcohol content feels slightly on the higher side, but the overall balance is excellent. The sake itself has a strong, well-defined flavor. Best Pairings: Pairs well with salty dishes like ajillo and bruschetta, as well as crispy foods like baguettes. A tomato sauce-based pizza with acidity also makes for a great match.
