Tasted like a high quality sugar called wasanbon in Japanese in the past but nowadays it tastes like fruits cropped in tropical weather areas. Limited info can be seen from the bottle - what it says is alcohol % as 15% and ingredients (made with rice made in Japan). Must try if you find it to have broader perspective on Sake. 2 days after opening its cap, it became less aroma but tasted much stronger than before. 3 days after opening its cap, it had lost its aroma completely but the flavor of pineapple is outstanding.
