4.4Fantastic and priced well. Beautiful bouquet of blossoms, vanilla, and ripe banana with hints of melon and pear. The taste profile is subtle with a good balance of sweetness and dryness without being too sweet. My taste was creamy ripe banana, unami and caramel with a creamy minerality. It finishes with a caramel and green banana. Beautiful expression of a fantastic sake.

4.8Very enjoyable sake with a light, clean body and dry finish. It has a slight spicy kick that adds character without being too strong beneath the crisp profile. I had it warmed, which brought out the flavor more while still keeping its dry character. Versatile with food, a good deal for the cost, and would buy again.
