"Fushimi" water, Kyoto's renowned water, and "Yamadanishiki," the highest-quality sake rice, are used in this product. The rice is milled down to 50% and then slowly fermented at a low temperature of 10°C. This results in a gorgeous, fruit-like ginjo aroma and the original flavor of the rice. Enjoy slowly during special occasions or on weekends. The flavor of "S" Junmai Daiginjo is pure and aromatic, pairing well with simple dishes that emphasize the original taste.
