A refined 'Tokubetsu Junmai' from Akita, polished to a luxurious 60%. Its mellow taste hints at a balanced sweetness, and an acidity of 1.5 adds a subtle touch of freshness. With an SMV of -0.1, it means the sake leans towards being sweet rather than dry. This sake is brilliant with a variety of dishes, but especially shines with grilled white fish or simple sushi. Treat your senses to an unforgettable experience.
