Yanagawa Brewery was a historic sake brewery founded in 1890. While honoring tradition, the brewery also ventured into producing a diverse range of alcoholic beverages, including shochu, liqueurs, and doburoku (unrefined sake), in addition to sake. Unfortunately, the company ceased operations in 2024 and is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
