Rating from Customers

no reviews

While many of Iwanoi’s sake products are adjusted from their original 16-17% alcohol content to 15%, this sake is crafted as a genshu (undiluted sake) at 13%. Its name, Karuiwanoi, combines the words ‘light’ (karui) and ‘Iwanoi,’ reflecting its refreshing character. Despite its lighter profile, it retains the rich umami of a genshu, with a well-balanced harmony of gentle sweetness and acidity.
