Without its own facility, Pukupuku Brewing currently rents space from various sake breweries both within and outside Fukushima Prefecture, using local rice from the coastal area. The brewery aims to establish its own sake brewery within a few years. Notably, the producer and seller may vary depending on the product. Known for its innovative and creative approach, Pukupuku Brewing crafts unique beverages like hop sake (classified as other brewed alcohol), utilizing craft beer techniques.
