This new sake is made with freshly harvested new rice, using Kameshin Shuzo's unique brewing method to maximize the natural flavor of the rice. It's brewed without applying much pressure during pressing, allowing the inherent 'softness' of the rice to be expressed as 'umami'. They use 'Okayama White Peach Yeast', extracted from the skin of Okayama's famous white peaches. It emits a fruity aroma reminiscent of white peaches, sweet and gentle. While rich in flavor, it's also light and easy to drink, with a refreshing and smooth taste.
