When explaining this sake to folks it’s easier to say that this drinks more like a wine than a sake. There’s something uniquely vino about the flavor and the mouthfeel. A lovely complex tipple for any wine drinker interested in sake.

I honestly prefer this mixed with cranberry juice to make a sort of kimoto cod.

Delightfully balanced. A fresh bottle has a small amount of tingly effervescence like a nama while carrying the body of a junmai. To enhance the umami it is suggested to have some sea salt on the rim of your masu and to prime your taste buds with that before you sip.
