This sake uses sake-brewing rice "Yamadanishiki" and over 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo. It has a fruity aroma and light, refreshing taste. You can also enjoy its savory taste. It is recommended to serve chilled at 5-15 degrees Celsius. Excellent compatibility with Japanese dishes such as salted yakitori, salt-grilled fish, grilled pork with ginger.
