Experience the robust delight of 'Irootoko', a Junmai Daiginjo from Gifu. Its rice - Yamadanishiki, is polished to 45%, giving it a smooth and elegant taste. With a balanced acidity of 1.3, it imparts a tantalizing tang that enhances its charm. Slightly sweet as indicated by its SMV of 3, this sake brings to mind the comforting taste of ripe fruits. Created by the esteemed Watanabe Sake Brewery, it's truly a drink that showcases the expertise of their craftsmen. A go-to choice for fish dishes, especially sashimi. Savor the adventure in a cup!
