Founded in 1915, our brewery draws on the underground water of the Kino River (Yoshino River) as its brewing water. We have been dedicated to crafting sake in our traditional mud-walled storehouses since our establishment. Our goal is to create sake that 'brings out the rich flavor of the rice with a crisp finish' and 'offers clarity within its depth of flavor.' We aim to produce sake that pairs well with various dishes, enhancing mealtime enjoyment. Our brewery also features a year-round, temperature-controlled underground storage room and refrigerators set at different temperatures, allowing us to age each sake to perfection before shipment.
