Nagayama Brewery Company

Nagayama Brewery Company

Yamaguchi

Founded in 1887, we purchased the trademark for the famous Nada sake 'Otoko Yama' and have been producing this sake in our breweries located in Yamaguchi and Fukuoka Prefectures. In recent years, we have aimed to create a true local sake, utilizing the advantages of Yamaguchi Prefecture, under the slogan 'Living with Agriculture!' This led to the development of our brand 'Yamazaru.' Our sake is made from high-quality sake rice grown by skilled contract farmers and the hard water of Yamaguchi, which is rich in calcium. Tajima Toji Yamamoto Yaichi brews this distinctive sake, with the ideal being a crisp and rich flavor. Our sake has earned high praise from many chefs for enhancing their dishes.
