Morita Shuzo, the only sake brewery in the beautiful Bikan district, has been producing sake since the Meiji era. Their signature sake, Mannenyuki, has been a beloved choice among the local residents of Kurashiki for many years. With around 50 varieties of Mannenyuki, the brewery continues to create unique and distinct products, staying true to traditional brewing methods.
