Azumamine Brewery Company

Azumamine Brewery Company

Iwate

At our brewery, we produce only "Junmai" and "Junmai Ginjo" sake. We use carefully selected sake rice grown under contract with local farmers to maximize the flavor of the rice. To complement the rich ingredients of Iwate, we intentionally minimize the fruity ginjo aroma, creating a sake favored by connoisseurs. We are committed to quality, limiting our production to 30,000 bottles per year to ensure each batch receives meticulous attention. From the brewing process to bottling and labeling, every step is done by hand with great care.
