This Dewazakura uses sake rice "Omachi", which is one of the best sake rice, and it is polished to 50%. It has a refined and elegant aroma, soft and sweet taste, pleasant acidity and distinguished umami. You can feel minerality as Omachi has and enjoy a lingering aftertaste. It goes well with cream cheese, scallops, dried shrimp, or tempura. It is recommended to serve chilled at 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, or you can enjoy it at 5 to 10 degrees Celsius, at room temperature or slightly warmed at 40 to 45 degrees Celsius.
