4.4Gentle but definitively honeydew melon on both the nose and tongue. Slight acid and med sweetness. Quite enjoyable.

Shata Brewery Company
Ishikawa
Since its founding in 1823 (Bunsei 6), the brewery has continued to produce sake at its current location without interruption.
In the 1960s, the seventh-generation owner, Toshiro Shata, and master brewer, Saburo Naka, devoted themselves to perfecting the "Tengumai-style" yamahai brewing method. This rich and flavorful sake has been continuously refined over the years, evolving to this day.
Recognized nationwide, the brewery has earned numerous awards at prestigious competitions. However, its pursuit of quality remains relentless. With a delicate yet profound taste, balanced by just the right amount of acidity for a refreshing finish, Tengumai sake has gained immense acclaim around the world.
