"Mu" (nothingness) is characterized by its aroma of ripe fruits such as melon and grapes. The full flavor of white grapes and strawberries fades away in a modest aftertaste, giving "Mu" a soft, clean quality that lives up to its name. Despite such a generous mouthfeel, it is surprisingly light. Unlike other daiginjo-sake, it becomes smoother as it warms up.
